We want you to be completely satisfied with Menu Profit Analyzer. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Full Menu Analysis ($29 One-Time)

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

If you purchased a full menu analysis and are not satisfied with the results, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Pro Monitoring Subscription ($19/month)

First Month

Full refund available within 14 days of your first subscription payment.

Subsequent Months

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" button in your Pro Dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for subsequent months, but we will never charge you after cancellation.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees that hurt small businesses. We're committed to resolving any issue directly and will always process legitimate refund requests promptly.
